Homemade 2 ingredient gelatin sweets!

I hope you have all had a fantastic summer and you’ve been enjoying the weather (when the sun has been out),  and had loads of BBQ’s and fun adventures!
Now its back to the routine of kids back to school, getting those diets back on track or just cleaning them up a little bit.
It can be a struggle to get back to it if you have been enjoying those sweet treats – sugar can be a right devil!

Swap to No sugar added Jelly

Who doesn’t love jelly? Well, I thought I didn’t when I moved over here. My first thoughts were, what in earth is that?! Its looks disgusting! Every time I made it for the boys I made this grim face and couldn’t understand how you all love jelly so much.

The other day I fancied to try and do some pulled chicken in the oven. I have to say, it’s so simple and wow, the result is absolutely delicious.

Egg Muffins

Made these super easy and delicious egg white muffins. Wanted to do something different for breakfast and they last a couple of days in the fridge so you can prep for a few days as well.
Low carbs and high in protein.
So easy and quick to make and you can enjoy them at home or even on the go.
