Sunday Session Boot Camp

The Thursday Boot Camp is moving to Sunday mornings @ 10:00 am, starting on 29th April.

Boot Camp is a high intensity, 45 minute exercise class that will get you looking and feeling great for the summer! Boot Camp is designed to:

  • Burn fat in record time
  • Increase your core endurance
  • Improve your fitness
  • Increase your overall strength
