The Thursday Boot Camp is moving to Sunday mornings @ 10:00 am, starting on 29th April.
Boot Camp is a high intensity, 45 minute exercise class that will get you looking and feeling great for the summer! Boot Camp is designed to:
- Burn fat in record time
- Increase your core endurance
- Improve your fitness
- Increase your overall strength
