Peanut butter cups
Massive chocolate and peanut butter craving! Almost went crazy so I had to make something for my sweet tooth. These little cups are absolutely delicious, a healthy version of Reese’s peanut butter cups with 3 CLEAN ingredients!

Peanut butter cups

Makes about 12 cups
Nutrition value per cup is roughly:
41 calories, 2g protein, 1g carbs, 3g fat.

50g sugar free chocolate (Tesco sell sugar free Chocolate)
1.5 tbsp peanut butter ( smooth)
½ scoop protein powder vanilla (used MP casein)
Potentially a few drops of water

Do like this
1. Place 12 peanut butter cup moulds on a baking tray. Depending on the moulds, you might need to spray some coconut oil on them so the chocolate doesn’t stick!
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 45 sec – 1 min, Pour a small lamount of the chocolate in the peanut butter cups mould – Don’t use more than half of the chocolate.
3. Place the liners in the freezer for about 10 min or until harden.
4. Mix peanut butter and protein powder together. The texture to be moist, not dry and powdery, so add some water if needed. (if you want to go crazy, use coconut oil instead of water – melted)
5. Divide the filling in the cups and then you fill the cups with the remaining melted chocolate.
6. Put in the fridge to harden. Enjoy !!
